1 lb ground beef
1 tblsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tblsp hoisin sauce
1/4 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tblsp oyster sauce.
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tblsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Green onion for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish
Heat olive oil and garlic over medium low heat.
Add ground beef and cooke until brown.
In a bowl add rest of ingredients and whisk together.
Add to beef and simmer for 5-10 min until it tightens up a little.
Serve over white rice and garnish as you wish. Fried egg is optional.
