Here is the recipe: Melt 1/2 stick of butter in iron skillet in 350° oven. Meanwhile drain the liquid of a 1lb can of sliced peaches into a mixing bowl. To the liquid add 1 c.flour, 1 c.sugar, and 1 t.baking powder. Mix well. Pour into the iron skillet. Dont stir. Pour canned peaches on top of batter evenly. Bake 1 hour. Awesome w vanilla ice cream
