Cut spaghetti squash in half, rub with olive oil
Bake face down in oven w/ 1/3rd cup of water at 400f for 45 minutes till soft
Scrape down but leave a rim around the edges
To each half fill with butter, parmesan, steamed/squeezed spinach
Season with salt pepper
Add few globs of ricotta, fresh mozz, parm, then layer meat sauce on top
Layer more ricotta, fresh mozz, parm, meat sauce
Bake in oven till cheese are browned
