Ingredients
1 poblano coarse chop
1 jalapeno, deseed, coarse chop
8 roma tomatoesÂ
1 small yellow onion (1/3rd to 1/2 cup diced)
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/2 to 3/4 cup water
Directions
In moderately hot skillet brown peppersÂ
Then add tomatoes and brown them as well
Remove pan from heat and put onions in pan as well
In food processor add in all ingredients and pulse until chunky (not smooth)
