Directions
1. Cut tip of drumstick off
2. Force skin/meat down the bone exposing a lot of the bone (makes a lollipop shape)
3. Season as you wish
4. Optional can wrap each drumstick with bacon, about 1-2 slices of bacon per drumstic
5. Smoke or Bake at 225f for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours
6. At about 130-135f internal temperature increase heat to 375f
7. If you're adding a sauce to the outside, add when internal temperature is 170-175f
8. Cook to 185-190f internal temperature
